inventory control, staffing support, service and back-up equipment,
emergency supply, administration (including, POS=cash registers, credit cards,
accounting & bookkeeping; payroll and payroll tax filings;
liability insurance; workmen's comp; sales tax filing), incentive
marketing and rewards, viral marketing, advertising, signage, inventory ordering are all worked out
for you. In addition, you will have access to our mobile TWIST
trailers for remote marketing at large events. Our buying
partnerships save each location thousands in startup costs and
thousands in ongoing operating costs. It's a true TURN KEY, almost
everything done for you and fast, getting you in business quicker
and earning profits sooner and no similar franchise provides the
start-up and continuing operational service and savings.
Managing partner (or their
mutually agreeable assign) must work full time in the business,
build relationships within the local community and maintain the high
quality standards that make TWIST the choice of customers over all
competitors. First year sales typically exceed $450,000 with some
expected to double this. Excellent margins enhanced by our vertical integration to reduce
costs of product, supplies, marketing and administration. No one else has it.
Twenty 10%-50% LLC partnerships will be available in 2010 and 2011.
Investment will depend upon location costs and ownership percentage
and should fall in the $30,000-$200,000 range. TWIST provides the
rest of the funding, location general contracting and integration
into our centralized marketing, administration and accounting. Up to
50% of the managing partner's investment may be financed by TWIST.
Over 50 potential locations have already been evaluated and
selected, new locations must meet corporate requirements but can be
added.
Managing partner receives their share of the location profits and
the manager wage. LLC's will also be convertible to TWIST stock when
a public offering is made (planned for 2013 or 2014) with
significant potential benefits to partners through the initial
